About D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi:

It was established in 1984. The college has been conferred with "AUTONOMOUS STATUS" by University Grants Commission from the Academic Year 2024 - 2025. The college has been accredited by NAAC with “A” GRADE ( Second Cycle) and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. All the Academic programs have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi. The college is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (Earlier University of Pune). The college has set up a CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE in Robotics & Process Automation, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security in collaboration with various Industries.
