Sameer is a senior Global Leader with over 3 decades of professional experience of which 24 years have been in Global Operations, Risk and Control, Contact Center Operations, Solution Design and Implementation, Global Transformation, Ops Excellence, Governance, and Change Management across diverse industries such as Banking (Barclays, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Deutsche Bank), Travel (Chase Travel, Sabre-Travelocity), and IT Services (GE, DELL). Specialized in designing, operationalizing, and running end-to-end operating models across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

He has been an active leader advancing DEI initiatives — at JP Morgan Chase & Co., he built a management team with over 50% women and achieved an overall 50:50 diversity mix. At Deutsche Bank, he co-founded the first-ever industry forum for OTC Derivatives Product Operations (DOIF), which expanded into forums for FX, Loans, Commodities, and Collateral Management.

As a Six Sigma and LEAN Master Black Belt, Sameer has led teams delivering AI-enabled operational solutions and global transformation programs. His leadership spans Singapore, India, USA, and UAE, combining experience across captive centers and third-party service environments.
